The Works last edited by aphillips17 on 10/06/19 03:31PM View full history

A base in a dam, made by Tony Stark, aka Iron Man for his newest superhero team, Force Works. It's residents where Iron Man, US Agent, Scarlet Witch, the second Spider-woman, her daughter, Wonder man and a strange new teammate called the Century.

    Origin

The works used to be an R&D facility for Stark Industries working on "Classified Projects". When Iron Man was asked how some project was coming along, he'd say "it's in the Works," and it really was. The Works is state of the art. It has integral defenses and senors. Self repair systems and self-sufficiency options. When Stark cleared out the R&D men, to make room for Force Works he created P.L.A.T.O. to run the daily day to day operations.

The Works have several levels, almost all under ground level. A Hanger, Communications Hub, Recreation Deck, Pool, Gymnasium, Living Quarters (which are all the same basic design although each is decorated by their occupant), Lab, Underground Vehicle Access from the Pacific Highway, and at the bottom is a Vroom Room, a virtual reality training room. The whole base is built into a dam, and uses natural canyon walls to make it inaccessible from attack.
