In Justice League 16 we got to see some more characters get introduced to the new 52.

This is a hint at the creation of Red Tornado from Justice League 16

And this is Tula(Aqua Girl) as she appeared in Justice League 16

Zatanna has been starring in Justice League Dark from the get-go, and a version of Red Tornado in the last issue of Earth-2.

I am glad lots of dead people are coming back in the New 52 reboots such as Tula.

Ray Palmer is in the New 52 as scientist and not as Atom. The New 52 Atom is Ryan Choi who should be in the Justice League and Trinity War soon. The New 52 reboots has also been good to the pre-flashpoint dead Ryan Choi.

@Teerack: Atom showed up in Aquaman #16. Kinda looks like a woman, though.

technically this isnt the first glimpse. or even a glimpse really. The first was in earth-2.

DC must have changed it plans becuse the Atom shown on upcoming covers is a woman. although i have heard of girls nmed named ryan....

Garth has already shown up in New 52. There are also plans for the black Aqualad I heard rumors. As for Ryan Choi becoming a girl, some asian men do look like women actually. As for the Red Tornado of earth 2 and main earth, based on the James Robinson podcast, they might be related. My guess is some of the Red Tornado technology from earth 2 ended up on main earth. Or maybe some apokolips technology was used to make Red Tornado on both earth 2 and main earth. I am very happy Tula is back in New 52. It was fun to see Tula in Young Justice cartoons also.

I too want Jackson back as Aqualad, but I also want to see Garth show up as Tempest.

Maybe after this war with Atlantis Aquaman can pick an apprentice or two.
