What characters haven't been shown in the New 52? I'm curious.
The New 52
Concept » The New 52 appears in 296 issues.
DC Comics' controversial 2011 reboot of its entire line of ongoing comic books following the universe altering event, Flashpoint. After Doomsday Clock, it was redefined as Earth-52.

- Renee Montoya (unless, was she in any of the new52 Batwoman stuff?)
Ugh. I hope that's not true.
it was a wall of pictures. that's all we know.
In a world where the rule of "No body, no death" applies, and resurrections are rampant, etc.
But they do keep saying they have no plans for her, as of this time. Which means, however unlikely, there could be plans for her in the future (again, unlikely... because they seem to hate her for some reason). therefore, she likely isn't actually dead. faked her death or missing, possibly.
Interesting quote by Gail Simone, actually:
Greg Rucka suggested we team up and write a mini-series of Helena and Renee in a car crossing the country. We pitched it, but it was turned down (we didn’t know they were going to do that Helena Wayne switcheroo).
I am always going to regret that we never got to tell that story.
So as far as I'm concerned, Renee and Helena (Bertinelli) are absent from the New 52 because they’re taking a cross country trip together, after both faking their deaths for unknown reasons.

@SoA:
I want them to read the previous volumes of Power Girl(Starting in '08 I think). Take her personality and give it back to us. Not this dumb ass in a white costume.

Seriously? NO ONE points out Terry McGinnis? Unbelievable.
Other than small cameos in Superman/Batman 22 and 23, and Batman 700, Terry has never been featured in any main DCU comic book, so I don't see why should he appear in the New 52

Because he's the best Batman and could have a well-selling series.

Terry has had like 4 series: 2 series based in the animated show, a miniseries and a regular series. The last two were very recent and the regular series was cancelled because of sales and the New 52. So, no, Terry McGuinnis didn't sell well enough to warrant a print series
@the_tree: Forgot Batmite!

Except for Dr. Light, Mr. Miracle, and Killer Moth (who will be appearing in Green Arrow soon).
I think I'm most disappointed by the lack of Aqualad. Johns is writing Aquaman and could put him in the series any time he wanted. At least that means he can't be put in Teen Titans under Lobdell. *shudders at that thought*
The Wildstorm Superman expy Mr. Majestic has not shown up, which is probably attributable to him more or less being re-merged with Superman (indestructible armor, superhuman intellect, etc.)
I was pleasantly surprised to see Captain Comet show up, even though he's changed a lot I am surprised they even acknowledged him.

Majestic showed up in Team 7 and Deathstroke
@the_tree: I'm going have to start reading Green Arrow then. I love Killer Moth! However I do hope they do mention that he used to be in Gotham for awhile and was the first foe of Batgirl. But thanks for posting! I've been wanting Killer Moth back for awhile now!
