    The Master is the evil counterpart and arch-enemy of the Wizard. He created monsters and other henchmen to fight Chris King and Vicki Grant, who both had H-Dials.

    The Master once worked on the DNA Project, from there he received the knowledge how to create and clone creatures. (DC Comics Presents #44)
