This was a stunning first issue. The premise is rich, the art is gorgeous, the writing and characterization are solid... oh and have I mentioned the art is GORGEOUS? Oh, I have. Ok. This issue not only sold me on this series after seeing CBR's strong review, it sold me on Nick Spencer. I went from here to T.H.U.N.D.E.R Agents to Morning Glories, and from there was eagerly awaiting Iron Man 2.0. This guy could be the best new writer to come along since Jason Aaron....
