I was trying to think of a joke for the title. I couldn't think of anything that made sense. So, that's the title. I don't know why the Hell I would open up a review like that.Anyway, my first review was for The Dark Knight Returns: Part 1. Fast forward four months, and Part 2 has been released, so I'm doing a review for that. Like most of my reviews, this will contain spoilers. You've been warned. The GoodThe Joker - Who doesn't love the Joker? He was also awesome in this. Although I didn't like...

Faithful Adaptation of One of Batman's Best Stories 0

After months of waiting, it's finally here, the conclusion to the animated adaptation of Frank Miller's epic, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns. Like Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 1, the folks at DC's animated division have once again created a movie worthy of the source material. When I first heard that DC was dividing The Dark Knight Returns into two movies, the cynic in me saw this as a cash grab. May The Best Man Win!!! 0

After defeating the Mutant Punks, Batman goes up against the Joker, the police, and Superman too. I enjoyed the cast and thought they were amazing and played their characters well. I was surprised that got Conan O Brian on as a talk show host and thought that was cool. I loved the comic and loved how they brought it to life and it was done so well. I loved Michael Emerson's portrayal of the joker and thought he was creepy. I loved how Batman went up against the police and showed he can still kic...

    Must See Bat Movie 0

They did it. They really did it. I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to do it, but they did. They made the sequel and it didn’t stink.Adapting Frank Miller’s comic epic “The Dark Knight Returns” to animation form was one of DC’s more challenging animation projects but they succeeded by choosing to make it as faithful adaptation as they could. And more importantly, they chose not to compact the storyline as much as they often do. Personally, I thought tha...

And he returns with a vengeance. 0

After suffering a crushing defeat, Batman recollected himself and challenged the leader of the Mutants gang one more time. This time breaking the leader and completely destroying his gang leaving the remnants to take up new allegiances, with one of them proudly claiming themselves as Sons of Batman. Due to this, Batman has made new enemies with intentions on bringing him down. -summarySince I was thoroughly impressed by the first volume retelling Frank Miller's amazing graphic novel Dark Knight ...
