    In return for the theft of a small, unspecified item, the Joker provides the Penguin with a new plan: rob the banks of Gotham, and then turn around and use the money to garner public acclaim by becoming a millionaire philanthropist. Penguin enjoys his new status, until Batman catches wise.

    Just to let know you can read this free on Comixology in their free section.  OH the Nostalgia. Batman is important to my generation because of the success of the two Tim Burton movies and the animated series.  This comic was a comic that help shape my understanding of comics.  Local Toronto artist Ty Templeton provided a very clear visual narrative with his page layouts and writer Kelly Puckett delivered a dialogue that made me want to broaden my vocabulary with Penguin's gentle lessons.  Rerea...
