Fantastic Voyage, Part 2; Infested, Stage 2: Great Power; Can't Get the Service, Part 3 last edited by lordhater1 on 10/01/22 10:16AM View full history

This issue is packed!!! The Sinister Six versus Spider-Man and the FF… and by FF, we mean all of the Future Foundation! Know what’s not a good place for children, even super powered kids? A full-scale battle with the world’s deadliest super villains! It’s not “Bring Your Kids To Work” Day, not a field trip, and it’s definitely not a game! This is a high stakes battle and there’s no way it will end well….

    "Infested, Stage 2: Great Power"

And also this issue…our 2nd in a series of “Infested” preludes leading to this summer’s top secret Spidey event! Phew!

"Marvel Team-Up Featuring: The Amazing Spider-Man and Ghost Rider - Can't Get the Service, Part Three"

You also get part 3 of the death-defying team up of Spider-Man and Ghost Rider

Note: There is some outstanding dialogue here between Electro and the Invisible Woman. He tells Sue Storm that his team isn't taking any prisoners and that nobody is coming to rescue her. Sue responds with perhaps her most famous line since she switched her code name from the Invisible Girl to the Invisible Woman. She tells Electro, "My days as a professional hostage are long over". (A line to rebuke the Silver Age days when Stan Lee would often use Sue Storm as a hostage.)

    FF and Spider-man AGAIN 0

Cover For this cover there were some things I liked and some things I did not like. First what I liked was seeing The Road to Spider-Island because I am very excited for this story arc. Secondly I really liked the art for the cover. But the thing I hated about this cover was seeing the FF again. I just hate that the FF is in the Amazing Spider-man so much because the Amazing Spider-man is a solo book not a team book. So, having a team like FF is making this title not what it is suppose to be a...

    Sinister Six! 0

Cover: Really cool to see Caselli's art on the cover.  The color scheme is also pretty cool and very fitting. The Good: The humor in this book is quite substantial, at least to me.  It wasn't an outright hilarious issue, but it had me cracking up at a large number of panels, especially those with Spider-Man and the team.  The fact that slot mentioned Spidey's training was very cool too since that was something I had feared would get ignored.  The reinforcing attitude of the FF was also ni...

Its the Future Foundation against the Sinister Six 0

Synopsis: The Future Foundation vs the Sinister Six! Well, sort of. What's Good? Like I said with the previous issue, seeing the Sinister Six at the end was odd. But then, I have to remember that Mysterio is one of the members of the Sinister Six, so things are not what they seemed minus the whole reason the FF are on the island on the first place: to fix some rift in alternative realities (aka: save the world somehow) that starts to affect each member of the FF, and gives Spider-man some VERY w...
