In the New 52 DC Universe, Lynch is again the head of Team 7, which he manipulates for his own means.
Christopher Nord, better known as Maverick, was a mercenary for hire who was once a member of the CIA's Team X and later a subject of Weapon X. For a time he operated as Agent Zero until he was de-powered following the Decimation.
During the Cold War, Arkady Rossovich was forced into a Soviet version of the Weapon X program in order to become a Russian super soldier. The result of this experiment was the deadly Omega Red.
Cole Cash, once a black-bag specialist working under I.O. turned special operator and personal confidante of Jacob Marlowe of the HALO Corporation. He now serves as a bastion of the alien warlord turned conglomerate holder's long-game plan of saving/changing the world.
Deathblow is a hero from the Wildstorm Universe, initially thought to be the only member of Team 7 without Gen-Factor powers. It was recently discovered that one of his Gen-Active abilities is immortality.
Jackson M.Dane was first acquired for the original Team 7 from special forces Detachment Delta. An individual sworn to the call of the military, he is perceived as the model soldier.
