Tasuku Kurosaki

Background

The 24-year-old man Kurosaki Tasuku, who works as a school janitor, is often seen drinking and smocking and participates in violent acts. Even though he has an unpleasent attitude, Kurosaki shows great kindness towards Teru Kurebayashi, he deeply cares for her and is very protective over her.

Kurosaki is also DAISY, a computer hacker, who used to work with Soichiro Kurebayashi, Teru´s dead brother. Teru is unaware of his identity as DAISY. Kurosaki made it his mission to protect Teru on the last request of his friend/her brother, who entrusted him his sister.

Appearance

Kurosaki has blond hair, blue eyes and a light tone skin, and Teru´s friends describe him as attractive, while Riko says, that when he was younger he was "bishouen". He is popullar under the ladies, but he doesn´t like the attention he gets from and only cares about Teru´s opinion.

He is best known for his blond hair. It´s being speculated that he dyes his hair, though flashbacks to his childhood show that his hair always had a light colour. Teru comments that Kurosaki´s hair makes him look like a hoodlum and it (the hair) was also a subject of discrimination in school, when a teacher said that it made him look like a delinquent and that as an adult he should change it.

Personality

Kurosaki is a sarcastic person and he doesn´t show his emotions to others. His companions describe him as a pervert and a "lolicon" and they do know that he has romantic feelings for Teru.

He is known to be very protective over Teru when something happens and he occasionally loses control, such as when he had a nightmare about Soichiro and he embraced Teru. His scret identity DAISY is gentle ad kind.

People comment that he is a tsundere. In japanese a person, who is tsundere is someone, who is initially cold and even hostile towards another person before gradually showing their warm side over time.

Despite his love for Teru, Kurosaki believes, that he has no right to love her, because he thinks that he "killed" her brother.

Abilities

Kurosaki is a skilled hacker, who has the abilities to crack into school databases, delete information, hack into Teru's phone, amongst other things. His abilities are self-taught, since he has a lack of formal structured education, because he didn´t complete secondary school, but they are high-level. He is skilled enough as a computer programmer to serve as a work-ready computer engineer and he used to work together with other programmers including Soichiro Kurebayashi, Riko Onizuka, and Kazumasa Andou for three years.

Kurosaki speaks proficient English, is a good cook and can operate machinery such as chainsaws and law-mowers. He is left-handed, but he can use his right hand when it´s necessary.

Since he participates in violent acts and has nothing against using force for things, such as protecting Teru, he can beat someone up and he is able to do unarmed combat.

Relationships

Teru Kurebayashi

As DAISY Kurosaki pretends to be Teru´s guardian. To keep his identity hidden, he his messages to Teru are carefully constructed and stlylisticaly different from his normal way of writting. His words are always supportive and kind, in opposite to himself as Kurosaki, who is mocking and teasing Teru. The teasing can almost be called bullying, but he behaves like that, to be the exact opposite of DAISY, so that Teru won´t be able to find out, that DAISY is him, which she eventually does. Kurosaki has no intentions of hidding his true feeling for Teru from his friends, but he belives that releaving them to her, would damage her.
