Taskmaster possesses the ability to absorb knowledge and instantly replicate the combat skills of anyone he observes. He has used these skills as a teacher to many super villains, henchmen, and even some heroes. In order to clean his record, he started working for the U.S. government as a combat instructor. Due to a set of events, he was ultimately put in as sheriff of the criminal island known as Bagalia. He currently serves as Madame Hydra's personal bodyguard.
I am not exactly sure how strong he is. I would assume he is at least as strong as Cap, so that would put him around the peak human range, now I am not as up to date on TM as most probably.

I don't think that he is peak human but he is at least Olympic level.

Olympic level, physically, he's in bulls eye or Clint Barton's range, only he has a greater library of moves, thanks to his great ability (photographic reflexes).

In one of the comics, he goes toe to toe with Cap and in another he goes toe to toe with Deadpool...both of which would be classified as 'super strong'
@SethVonDoom: Not super strong, peak human. Though the fact that he's able to match them just demonstrates his fighting ability. He's olympic athlete level. Everything else comes from his photographic reflexes.

i dont belive that he can just be regular he can put up a fight with alot of superes so he must have some im not talk much, he can do double speed from watching movies in x2 or something so if can do that he must be able to have some kinda super human stregth at least 1.5 or X2 or something

If you actually read his fights with super powered beings he mostly uses his weapons to keep up physically.Going double speed doesn't make him any stronger.He's still one of the weakest street levelers in the Marvel Universe.
Taskmaster doesn't have any super strength, I could never figure out why he never looked for a boost either with a suit or from someone like Power Broker.
He's defo gotta be in the 800 lbs range. It'll be ridiculous to think he's anything less. His info has not been updated. He's above olympic level. He can't be anything below peak human to do the things he do. He can punch super strong heroes and receive equally.
