Sgt Grimes fought during Afghanistan Tour for the US Army. His company was completely overrun by insurgents he was the only survivor. When he awoke in the hospital he found out he had no arms or legs. He went into a depression. Photon found out about Sgt Grimes and offered him a chance to add purpose to his life again. Tank had 85% of his body replaced with cybernetics.

He is now Photon's muscle. He has no problems killing people to get an assignment done. This is not known if its due to his military upbringing or some cybernetic enhancement that Photon installed.

    Tank Powers

Tank possesses cybernetic enhancements that provide superhuman strength, speed, endurance, and durability. Tank can also interface with computers.

His boots allow him to fly at subsonic speeds. He can communicate with Terra Corps satellites and have instant communications with Photon, if needed. He has built in infrared and sound enhancers.

He carries a two specialized gun in his legs. These guns can be reconfigured while they are in his legs to suit whatever need that Grimes might want. The guns he has produced so far are Assault Rifles, grenade launchers, flame throwers, and sniper rifles.

He also wears a telepathy resistant helmet. This helmet has been known to mask his thoughts to people with telepathy. It reduces any mental powers that effect Tanks mind.
