    In this issue, two legends return: essential Swamp Thing artist John Totleben paints the cover, and the original Swamp Thing returns to confront Tefé over her deeds. Tefé counters him with an even more pointed question: If Swamp Thing is a god, why doesn't he try to end human suffering? In this emotional story, the true purpose of both Swamp Thing and Tefé will be revealed.
