Supreme rushes Charles to the hospital the doctors do their best but all seems bleak. Supreme finds Kid Supreme asking for his help to save Charles he refuses at first but eventually agrees to help. Dr. Cortex tries to transfer his consciousness into a new body but the body dies shortly after the transfer.
Back at the hospital Glory shows up to visit Charles she sees Supreme and he explains to her his situation. They are both told to leave by the hospital staff but it turns out they are actually apart of the Darkthorn cult. Kid Supreme busts in and stops them from killing Charles. Glory and Supreme soon join in the fight they defeat the cult and Charles awakens from his coma all healed up.
