If the Teen Titans were suppose to be a junior JLA, wouldn't it make sense to make Supergirl a founding member? Just asking.

I may be wrong here, but I think she came to Earth after the Teen Titans were created. All of the original (pre-52) founders were kids when they fought crime together: Robin, Kid Flash, Wonder Girl, Speedy, and Aqualad. When Kara arrived, she looked like she was 16 years old.

@alak: Sounds like you are right. Now I think about it, I pretty sure Batgirl and Supergirl were around the same age, and Barbara is older than Dick.

That's actually a pretty good question.

@waezi2: they arent. the Titans was formed to be a place where young heroes could grow and learn alongside their peers, establish important friendshipss and find their own role. Young Justice was meant to be JLA junior hence its name.
