Superman: Reign of Supermen - This arc marks the first appearance of Superboy following the death of Superman in his battle with Doomsday. During this story, Superboy often preferred to be called Superman but he also picked up the name The Metropolis Kid for awhile.
Superman: Return of Superman - The climax of the Death of Superman saga that features Superboy aiding Superman and Steel in defeating Cyborg Superman.
Superboy (1994-2002) #0,1-30 and #50-82 - Spinning out of the Death of Superman saga, Superboy received his own solo comic in 1994. This series detailed Superboy living in Hawaii with supporting character Dubbilex and love interest Tana Moon In this series Superboy battled numerous villains such as Knockout, Scavenger, King Shark and others. Issues #0,1-30 and #50-82 features stories and art by Superboy's creators Karl Kesel (Writer) and Tom Grummett (artist).
Young Justice (1998-2003) - In this series, Superboy teamed up with Robin (Tim Drake) and Impulse (Bart Allen) and formed their own superhero team. They were latter joined by Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark), Arrowette (Suzanne King-Jones) and others. The series mostly featured humors and light hearted stories but there were darker stories as well.
Teen Titans (2003-2011) - Launched shortly after the end of Young Justice, this iteration of Teen Titans features a revamped version of Superboy with a secret identity (Connor Kent) and new costume. Mostly written by Geoff Johns, this series expanded many concepts related to Superboy and established Superboy's connection with Lex Luthor.
Superboy: Boy of Steel - This volume collects Superboy related stories from Adventure Comics #1-3, 6. Also by Geoff Johns, this short story focusing on Superboy adjusting to his life again after his death in Infinite Crisis. Superboy also struggles with whether or not he is more likely to become like Superman or Lex Luthor. Highly recommended.
