The Super Hydra Agents were created by hydra to kill the avengers but fail misery. In one panel, there are clearly at least six tubes, and when the Supreme Hydra sent them out, he ordered his lackeys to open "tubes 1-4", implying that there are other tubes as-yet unopened tubes. So who's in those other two tubes? Evil Wasp? Evil Vision? Evil D-Man?
Only Militant got a chance to fight his "opposite number"; Iron Man was busy doing other stuff when Tactical Force was around, and Thor and Hawkeye were, of course, dead. But they're both back now and the Super-Agents are presumably still at large, so who knows?
