    At Duncan's Cove, above a secret submarine base, The Green Hornet and Kato encounter Nazi agents. The enemy operatives fight fiercely, and covertly. Until The Hornet and one spy tumble down the ravine. Below more Nazis are setting explosive, while frogmen steal their way to blow up the subs.While the navy base is lost, the subs make it to open water.Sprecht and his men momentarily capture The Hornet and Kato.
