Static runs into the beguiling super-teen Dusk, who has a unique concept of justice...and a major crush on Static.
The Hawkins family wait at the Paris Island hospital to see if Virgil's father will live. Virgil's dad seems to be on the road to a full recovery. Sharon and Virgil go home but are still worried. We get a hint at Frieda's eating disorders. A worried Static goes on patrol. A new vigilante who is a girl talks tough and dirty arrives on the scene. We are introduced to Dusk. Static and Dusk take down the bad guys and destroy a gun shipment. Static is quite smitten by Dusk.
