I use the crest of Wraith Squadron as my icon (hence the name). With that being said it shouldn't surprise anyone that Wedge Antilles is my favorite character.
Fun fact: Despite commonly being blamed George Lucas was actually not at fault for that change. It was actually a move of censorship to allow the films re-releases to keep their low ratings despite the stricter current ratings compared to the time of their original releases.
@Decoy Elite: Hmmm, interesting, never heard that.
However, in this interview, Lucas claimed Greedo had always shot first but was confusing in the original because of close up shots, and he tried to "clean up the confusion."
Of course he's changed his story a few times so who really knows.

You think Vong would appeal to casual fans? I mean I know a lot of "purists" who think the Light v Dark side of the Force concept is the bloodstream of SW. That said, I'd love to see Yuzhan Vong War in the new trilogy. Thoughts on a lot of fans asking for Thrawn trilogy to be the one filmed?
Yep and what a great and very underrated character he/they are.I am not sure if its A B C or D.It might be B since he took up the job as a bounty hunter.But it could be any of them.
@mrdecepticonleader: I agree. He used to scare me a lot as a kid in the Shadows of Empire game during the Ord Mantell level.
While I think Vongs would have been a great idea, there would be riots of people complaining that Light Side vs Dark Side is the core of the series. I would love to see Heir to the Empire adapted, but unfortunately the cast is too old to play the part, since the book is set only 5 years after Return of the Jedi. Then again, there could be a animated movie with only their voice acting, just saying.

As for the new SW trilogy I would just prefer to see it take on a completely new story and leave older and already told stories in the comics as that.I mean this is three new Star Wars films here we are talking about.
