    Aaron Piper opened a gallery to allay his frustrations over his failure to decipher Etruscan texts.  During an expedition to Central America to search for artifacts, he finds the Moonstone amulet in an ancient temple. 
     
    Discovering it's mystical properties, the amulet turns Piper into Spookman and permits him to travel through time.
