Spider-Man and Pamela Isley: Could it work?

Would be fricking hilarious though! Their children would be Spider-Plants:
@InnerVenom123: Yeah, but Reed'll also have to bring someone like the Juggernaut to convince the Publishers to work together...
@Avenging-X-Bolt:
Of course it won't. Marvel and DC would never crossover like that. This is a what if?

i know what you mean. i don't see it working out. i don't see Peter remaining in a relationship with her if they ever even started one to begin with.
@Avenging-X-Bolt:
I respectfully disagree. I think that Peter would really sympathize with Ivy. It would be sorta like Batman's relationship with Catwoman: Difficult and a BUNCH of fights...But chemistry. I respect your opinion (At least now that you weren't a jerk about it like your first comment) but disagree. Can we agree to disagree?

Interesting as in crazy and stupid or interesting as in you have a point?
In all seriousness? Its crazy and weird but not completely impossible. There are a fair few reasons as to why it could work. No couple is normal after all.

sympathy only goes so far. You also need love and respect which Bruce and Selina have for each other. Selina's doesn't kill people on a regular basis. her crimes are petty theft which more often then not, which she uses to help others as well as herself. i dont see Spidey excusing murder under any circumstances barring self-defense (and i don't see that extending to plants )

Of course.
Spidey wouldn't be able to get past the fact that she was a murderer. His morals are too rigid for him to date a murderer. He'd just take her away to jail, by using chemistry to take her plant based powers away, and then webbing her up. I still want Ms. Marvel and Spidey together. They seem like a good fit to me.
@mewmdude77:
1) Didn't you already post here and say it could work? 0_0
2) Spidey wouldn't use their chemistry to get her arrested. That's pretty messed up and against his morals. And if Batman can date murderers, so can Spidey (Who has actually killed people in the past unlike Bats.)

This. Plus@SpideyIvyDaredevilFan26: aside from Morlun who else has Spidey killed?

Hah I actually looked this up a few days ago and whether by bad writing or plot convenience Spidey has killed a few people.
- In ASM Annual #5 he deliberately killed the Finisher by returning a fired missile back to his tank.
- In Marvel Team-Up #12 he accidentally kills Moondark the magician.
- In Marvel Team-Up #31 he and Iron Fist kill Drom (the backwards man) by smashing his mirror causing him to reverse age into dust effectively killing him.
- In Spider-man Vs Wolverine #1 Charlemagne attempts to attack Spider-man during his fight with Wolverine and he acidently kills her.
- ASM Vol 2 #42 he kills Shade in the astral plane.
- ASM Vol 2 #48 he kills Shathra by feeding her to all those Spiders.
- ASM Vol 2 #54 he attacks Digger relentlessly knowing he would fall apart and die if he did but does it anyway.
- He also strangled Tracer but I don't remember the issue number (although Tracer was a cyborg Pete didn't know that when he attacked him).

Thanks...I guess...Still sad you think my ideas are crazy and stupid though. :-(
Huh O.O. I didn't say that. reread what I wrote lol I said it has the potential to work.
@SpideyIvyDaredevilFan26:
1. I did, but I changed my mind.
2. Batman has killed before too. Plenty of times. Also, I didn't mean their chemistry, I mean actual chemistry, like using chemicals to get rid of her powers. I'm sure he's done that before to other people.

I don't think he delibrately killed the Finisher. Spidey was running for his life, ducked behind something, and the missle seeked the limo. Also, Shade and Shathra are extra-dimesnional beings, the killing an alien doesn't count as killing clause counts for that, and when Drom reversed into dust, it was like making it so he never existed in the first place. Also, wasn't the werewolf atacking Spidey which is why he accidently pushed Moondark into a portal which made Moondark drown?

Pete's never intentionally killed anyone though with the exception of Shathra who was trying to eat him and Digger the former of which was not a basically a predatory supernatural entity and the latter was undead. Besides when does accidentally killing equate to dating someone who has intentionally and maliciously murdered people?
I respectfully maintain that Peter and Ivy could not maintain a romantic relationship.

True, but she really only (At least when done RIGHT) murders enviromental destroyers and land developers. I could see at least some kind of comic where he kind of gives her redemption. It's an impossible idea, but I think it would be interesting. Like maybe have her try and take a more heroic route?

I dont see Peter caring WHO she murdered. Even if he could sympathize with something, he couldn't condone it.

Yes. I could see that much,
Sure, why not. I'd definitely read it.

So...Do you agree?
I'm sure a writer could make a story for it in such a way that it would work, but it's a little out there. Stranger things have happened, I guess?
