In Marvel Knights Spider-Man #6 Aunt May is 72 years old Peter is 30 at this point in continuity so Aunt May would have been 57 when Peter got his powers if we go by the Peter was 15 when he was bit retcon May would then have been 42 when Peter was born.

Her age constantly stick with 70-80 mark. If you look at the original stuff, she was more like a grandma. Seriously, if they ever do a reboot, they may wanna consider making her a more REALISTIC aunt age like Amazing Spiderman and the MCU films attempt to do. Cause we can crack down the science and it's almost impossible to have an aunt that old without it being a distant relative.

72 isn't young

@greatspiderbat: 72 after Peter was Spider-Man for 15 years I'm commenting she's younger than people may think because as Itsaworld says from the 60's she's constantly portrayed in the 70-80 range but she was actually roughly the same age relative to Peter's age as Ultimate Aunt May who everyone comments is a lot younger.

I didn't think Ultimate Aunt May was that young, she was just GOOD at keeping her good health. She looked more like someone in their late 60s or starting their 70s. The aunt may we constantly see screams more of being 80-90 because of the way she carries herself and is portrayed.

The 616 Aunt May actually said she met Ben Parker during the great depression meaning she is far older than 72. The comic isn't that old either though I believe it was just before the OMD arc and thus around the 2006 era. STILL!

MCU Aunt May I think is a good showing of a more REALISTIC Aunt.

She should be dead.

Shoulda let her stay dead in the 90s. Perfect ending to her. Now she is known as the reason we are in this hellhole making Peter Single.
