    The Gauntlet was a Spider-Man event that was meant to ware him down by bringing back his old enemies to face him. The plan was orchestrated by Kraven The Hunter's wife and daughter in a plot to take revenge against the web-slinger.     Shed is one of those rare stories that's made up of 1 part awesomely tragic, 1 part tragically awesome, and 1 part awesomely cool. It's a story with a recipe whose ingredients are tough to put together, let alone obtain, but the team behind this excellent piece of storytelling nailed it and created a delectable treat for Spidey fans.
