    To save his mother's life Jack Boniface has sworn the services of Shadowman to Master Darque, and now it's time for Darque to collect! When Darque sends Jack sliding backwards and forwards through time he'll see the future he's inspired and the past that haunts him. But will the legacy of the Shadowman save him, or be his end?
