It would be awesome a mini-series about Sentry and Void against each other
Sentry
Character » Sentry appears in 966 issues.
After ingesting an experimental super-soldier formula, the lowly Robert Reynolds became the Sentry, if only in his mind. In constant battle with his dark side known as the Void, the Sentry has been forgotten and dead, he has resurrected and vanished. Even if he is one of earth's greatest heroes, he is also one of the world's greatest dangers.
Can Sentry return?
Bendis doesn't know what symbolism is.I like to think there was some symbolism behind Thor taking the effort to chuck Reynolds' remains into the sun so there was nothing left.
And if Sentry does return, which he should, I should write it, because I actually understand the damn character, unlike f*cking Bendis.

Yes. Sentry can't die.
He'll be back. They all come back, if only for a mini before returning to the grave (...until TPTB decide to bring them back again...).

Seemed pretty dead to me.
Sentry's body completely regenerates, up to and including complete molecular disintegration.
@majestic99: the only time i read anything about the sentry was when i picked up the seige tpb and the main reason i didnt like him was because he was just a superpowerd attack dog. But after reading the respect sentry thread i dount hate him as much alll so depower him a bit not alot but a bit like 10%

True.
One moment he's the angel of death, the next, he's playing lapdog to Osborn.
Maybe he's already back, and has made everone forget that he exist, while living a normal life or perhaps getting mental help.

"He's totally the biblical angel of death--
"No wait, he's a molecule manipul--
"Nope, just a junkie."

Hi! I´m drawing a fanart comic about sentry comeback:

Lord I hope not, but if he does I want to see his power reduced some and along with that I want to see him get some major therapy. Honestly, if he came back and the other heroes didn't put some major precautions in place, it'd be gross negligence on their part.
Yea because that's about as much use as chucking Thor in to a storm cloud or Ice Man in to an icebergI like to think there was some symbolism behind Thor taking the effort to chuck Reynolds' remains into the sun so there was nothing left.

The difference is that Sentry burned down to dust in the sun, Thor doesn't get hypothermic in a storm cloud and Iceman doesn't get frostbite in an iceberg.
Yea but he's been disintegrated a bunch of times before and came back. If they wanted him gone for good Thor should have chucked him in to a black hole or took him to The Kyln@spiderbat87 said:

First I will proudly say I liked the Sentry regardless of what anybody thinks, secondly I do believe he can come back its just when they decide to bring him back. If Reed can bring Ben back from heaven I'm sure Bendis can bring Roberts back somehow, but I'd actually like to see him be a more confident hero or at least punch it out with Blue Marvel or Thor again.
I got a great idea for his return and show how evil the void is. He would be in another planet with his wife who was thought to be dead. It was revealed later that it was not his wife it was actually one of the people thought to be eaten by venom dress in symbiote. The void forced venom symbiote to reveal to reveal his people that hidden thought to be eaten forced and to make another symbiote. He later threatens both the new symbiote and the host to act as his wife and he made sure his wife corpse will never be found. The Void is doing this to show that he is not an annoying sound that can be ignored and not a voice made by his insanity.
Best way to bring back the Sentry is to reveal that the version we saw all along was just half of him. It was never the Sentry and it was *always* the poor, confused, deranged half of Robert that was the Void all along. That's why he could die and come back. That's why things seemed to pop into and out of existence. Because it was *always* the Void. This even fits in with the original mini, where Sentry acknowledges that he's lost whatever control he's had over his other half... if he ever had any at all. It works, and everyone who knows better never wants to reveal it. ;)
