    I skipped the Minimum Carnage arc, and now I actually feel bad for doing so. This issue is basically an epilogue, so there are multiple mentions to the previous storyline, that give you an idea of how awesome it was. We see how Kaine feels bad for the people that died, and the dialogues can actually give you a laugh or two, mainly because of Aracely. It's pretty fun to see the mexican woman deducing other people's emotions.Now, although this issue was very fun and a great jumping in point to the...

    A bit of Die Hard, Santa burglars & a swear jar 0

    OK writer Chris Yost is amazing (New X-Men, X-Force among other greatness). Yost has made this series great, it's funny, action packed, he has expanded on/created great characters, he has "planted seeds" that will lead to great stories and the art is spectacular. Kaine's heroic journey could have been boring, bland and mediocre (like some are). Not only has his journey been unique but Yost gave us the Kaine from Grim Hunt and Spider Island.     Posted not too long ago on Comic Frontline.I took up Scarlet Spider as my first foray back into collecting single issue comics for several reasons. First and foremost, it was a Spider-title, and while I had only the slightest idea who Kaine was at the time, I'd certainly heard of him, and Scarlet Spider, and was well aware of his connection to Spider-Man. Second, it was slated to take place in Houston, Texas, which is where I reside. So many of these superhero titles take place in New York City ...
