I'm wandering with his new ability to momentarly steal someone power he absorbed, like when he took Wolverine healing factor to heal. Would he not do great as a villain, I mean Brain-Child was made a harness to drain some much energy for Sauron he actually turn red and grew spikes all over his body

He's somehow avoided lawsuit over his name, which belongs to the Dark Lord Sauron.

They made a point of him naming himself after the LotR character, and can you even copyright a name?

I'd love it if he were in the next X Men First Class movie.
He could fight Banshee. Or, if they decide to be more loyal to the comics and have the original 1st class, he could fight Angel, who he'd probally just tear apart.
