In Superboy #4 Caitlin Fairchild mentioned that she is invulnerable to telekinetics and quote: "All thirteen of us are."
 
It seems to be a nod to Gen 13 but it sounds like she is one of 13 people who were given powers by a similar source. Fairchild herself formed a telepathic bond with Superboy though she wasn't sure if it was from her powers or his. Rose Wilson also spoke to Caitlin telepathically and she warned her against it. Rose was also hired to take down Superboy if he gets out of control, immunity to telekinetics would be really handy in that regard.
