I haven't read the graphic novel yet, but dang this looks good. Just peaked my interest.

Oh yeah, and if you look at the bottom of the page....David Hayter wrote the screenplay. Sweet.

I loved Watchmen so much that it;s gotten to the point that I no longer care how good or bad the movie is, I just want to support the franchise...if Alan Moore gets money for it, I'll pay, haha

Well the film was decent but Moore ordered his name to be removed from the project as they took "too" many liberties with the storyline: which were in reality essential to make the comic into a film. The same thing happened with League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

I like Watchmen and Killing Joke but they are the only two fo Moore's work which I like.

I think he's a good writer but a REALLY odd person: he lives in reclusion.

IMO writers such as Brubaker, Bendis and Morrison are on his level, if not greater. It's just that they are not granted as much notoriety due to the fact that they are reasonably normal  people and not eccentric like Moore.
Moore tries too hard to be more than a comic book writer, producing political novelas like Watchmen.
Don't get me wrong, I loved it but, I feel that his tales are sometime's too serious.

I just didn't like the slow-motion scenes part.

I'd rather if all thes cool scenes were a kindof old-schooled/fashion like especially because Watchmen always was more focused on the sci-fi/realism contrast than cool action.

Hmmmm...Bendis on a greater or the same level as Moore?! I never heard anyone praise him that much. Too many hardcore comic book fans like to insult the guy. lol I think Bendis is great though.
