Would their powers cancel each other out?

I'm sure they just drained each other life and they just die from it or otherwise cancel each other causing nothing

Yeah, I think they'd cancel eachother out .... or kill eachother.

But it could depend on how fast each of their powers works.

I'm guessing Rogue would just drain his power.

Rogue can't hurt people with her touch anymore....

Wither's power seems to happen a lot faster then Rogues. I mean, the second he touches someone/something it just dies with out a second glance.Rogues seems to take some time. She can touch people and just take a bit of them, a few memories. She can control it. "

I never followed superman because that's just crossing the line when it comes to corny but,
if his main villan doesn't even have one power then..........

Superman shouldl osem ost of his fights. Tons of ppl stronger then him.

I think Rogue would kill Wither. His powers work quickly but aren't instant death. If they touched each other he'd be killing her but she'd be gaining his power along with his immunity to his power, and he'd be dying because he'd be losing his power (and immunity) plus the negative effects of Rogue's touch. She might come off a little scarred because of the damage he did before she got his power, but he should be dead. That's using Rogue when she had no control. At this point she has control so she might not start taking his power right away, but she still could. This is from my understanding of their powers.
