Since Rogue has come back into commission she is figuring out her life with her powers under control. She has been put back on the team, but mostly as a teacher.  Now she has been taken off but was also bodyguard to Hope. Is she still a bodyguard? I have missed a few chapters in the second coming story (blame it on small town comic stock) but where do you think she is going from here?

She will be going with Magneto to India, I believe.

 yeah not surprised about the trip to India, I heard that she will be dealing with the children of the vault I think.... That I want to see, but not sure on Magneto if he will be helping her "control" her powers since she cant with Gambit. I do like the older sister role for Hope, being that close to Hope who has so much on her going on that we will definitely be seeing a lot of Rogue. I wonder if they will show more of her teaching side.  Especially with hope, showing as she exhibits many different powers, Rogue can definitely relate.

Definately, it is a new dynamic I think.

Hope saved Rogue when she was in that coma. Rogue was all better and nothing happened to Hope, maybe Hope can the negate any power suckers that try.  Was Rogue ever able to absorb the phoenix with Jean or was that never tested?

Either way I would like to see it happen.

I like Rogue in her current mentor role for the younger mutants. Who would understand more about not being able to fully control their powers more than someone who has spent a lifetime battling for control of hers. Plus because her power copies the powers of other
mutants she has a unique insight as to how someones mutant powers work, which can be useful when guiding others in the use of their powers.
