    After losing his title due to his unregistered bout in the Soviet Union and his fortune due to his accountant's crooked dealings Rocky Balboa is back in his old hangout of Philadelphia where he trains boxers in Mickey's Gym. When a young man named Tommy Gunn asks to be trained Rocky takes him under his wing.
