Riddle Me This ComicViners
I know where you got it. So don't say I cheated. I'm not after your Precious. lol
I read that book too. That's why I originally wanted to say pineapple, but your second riddle reminded me of the book. They are really great books. The more clever riddle was in the Fellowship of the Ring though.
" @E.Nigma:
First Row:
one 1 = 11
Second Row:
Two 1s = 21
Third Row:
one 2, one 1 = 1211
Fourth Row:
one 1, one 2, two 1s = 111221
Fifth Row:
three 1s, two 2s, one 1 = 312211
Sixth Row:
one 3, one 1, two 2s, two 1s = 13112221
Seventh Row:
one 1, one 3, two 1s, three 2s, one 1 = 1113213211
@BiteMe-Fanboy:
1. An Egg (I almost wanted to say pineapple.)
2. Time "
You are good indeed, time to move on to the more challenging stuff.
I'm going to be pretty busy for the next day. I'm baking an decorating a cake for my cousin's children. I make the cakes for their birthday parties. His daughter has a deadly peanut allergy.
Riddle:
Which of these words don't make the sound of silence.Note
Rhythm
Rest
Treble
Chord
Scale
Answer and explain why.
Bump. I suck at riddles I also can't make a riddle.
I got this off of one of the batmnan cartoons, sorry if the wording isn't so accurate.
What is Heavy and not backwards?
Well, people are doing so well with the riddles and puzzles. I thought I would add in a coded message from one of my favorite mystery series. This was called the Gambler's Code.I'm really interested in this Riddle.
Riddle:
This code was used by a habitual gambler to hide his 7 digit number code. To crack this code you need to think like a gambler.
I got a good one.1 an oyster?
1.A box without hinges, key or lid,
Yet golden treasure inside is hid.
and
2.This thing all things devours:
Birds, beasts, trees, flowers;
Gnaws iron, bites steel;
Grinds hard stones to meal;
Slays king, ruins town,
And beats high mountain down.

Hey diddle-diddle! Time for a riddle! "Though in a shape, I am a sense, forever locked in past of tense. Think for a moment, just a few clicks, and you'll find me at your finger tips. What am I?"
Since there were a lot of riddles that nobody attempted to solve before posting their own, I'll just respond to as many as I can. Here goes.
"The beginning of the end, the end of space and the end of time?"
The letter "e".
"What is Heavy and not backwards?"
A ton is heavy and not backwards.
To @FoxxFireArt's riddle about "Which of these words don't make the sound of silence," the answer is "rest" because it doesn't have a silent letter.
"When is a box not a box?" I believe "imagination" is the key to that one, because then a box is whatever you want it to be. It's from a children's book, is it not?
To the riddle posted directly above me, the answer is "Justice".
Now for MY turn! Riddle me this: I think without a brain. I run without legs. I breathe without lungs. I get sick yet never cough or sneeze. If I die, I can be reborn. What am I?

7 has 4 (theyre the number of lines that make the number up on a digital face)
I think this.
I randomly came up with a riddle earlier today (set it as my status here earlier). What are the chances a thread like this would suddenly resurrect on the same day?
Anyway, it's not hard, but I'd like to think it's good:
Riddle me this: When is half a Thomas just as good as four whole Georges?

1 dollar. Thomas Jefferson was a 2 dollar bill, and 4 Georges are 4 quarters, which makes one dollar (also George). "Half of Thomas" is equal to "1 George"
Edit: That was a good one, by the way.
@akbogert said:
@Ultimate_Riddler: Thanks, I was pretty happy with it. Hopefully I can come up with others I'm equally happy with.
I also thought about merely asking when 4 Georges were the same as 1 George (phrased a bit better, of course), but I love $2 bills too much for that.
....Harvey, is that you? ;p
Here's another one in signature size. Shouldn't be too hard.

I've cracked it, but I don't think I'm going to give out the answer. Oh no, that would spoil the fun. I will, however, provide hints for anyone interested. They'll be in the form of riddles of course. *snickers*

He stabbed himself?
What is it that, after you take away the whole, some still remains?
