Repro was initially a super criminal who attempted to rob the Sheikh in Dubai back in 2016. However, he was then captured and imprisoned in suspended animation while being kept under guard by the superhero, Raikou.
A few years later, he is then broken free and revived by former super criminals Hutch and Shockwave in order to help them defeat Brandon Sampson and Brain-Wave. He was first tasked to steal Raikou's powers and mentally incapacitate her and several other security guards before escaping with his rescuers.
Repro then participates in the battle against Brandon, Walter Sampson and other several other superheroes who ambushed Repro and his team in the middle of the city. He first evacuates the civilians from being caught in the collateral damage created by the battle and engages Walter in a extensive telepathic battle after the latter attempts to kill Hutch. He is overwhelmed and defeated by Walter who slams a car on top of him. After Brandon and his forces are defeated, Repro then proceeds to reconstruct the damages created by the battle in the city on a molecular level via his stolen telekinetic powers.
