Razors mind is still churning over the memory of her sister Jackie. She wakes to find the cop, Alex London, who rescued her from the Von Drake building. He wants to take down Von Drake as much as Razor but on his terms.. and when they are done he wants Razor to have psychiatric help for her uncontrollable violent mindset.
At his tower block Von Drake is furious with his men that they failed so miserably in clearing up the Razor situation. He kills one of his own minions who thinks he ca take out Razor easily... just to make a point of how dangerous she is. He orders the remaining thugs to kills Stryke who takes them down with ease, saving razors wrist blades for the last one standings.. just to prove she doesn't need Razors toys to win a fight.
