    You had to get a code at comic con to unlock her, but you can 'play' as her in the trading card mini game in it. 
     
    I suspect they'll officially make her playable at a later date

    You have to get the code from the  SD comic con. Only the people who went to this have the code. If you do not have the code, you will have to wait until you can buy her.
