    Major Story Arcs

    Civil War II

Ulysses soon came to the attention of the superhero community. It was him that informed them of a coming threat of a celestial being that would threaten New York City. But when that threat was averted, the superhuman community became divided as to how use Ulysses' powers. Should they avert crimes before they are commited, technically puting people in jail before they even did anything, or use the information to be there the moment the crime is commited. Ulysses stands in the middle of the divided superhero community.
