My First Life - I was born hundreds of years ago, during a time when Indian folklore roamed the Americas. In those times I was a sorceress of chaos magics. I knew of many pantheons but the spirits from other realms often warned me to never vocalize my discoveries. However, when I gathered knowledge of Olympians my overzealous curiosity soon became an obsession. I desired to be above mankind. I so often fantasized myself as a Queen of human-beings, toying with the lives of others and living for all of eternity. On one night of calamity, I prayed for a sign from the almighty father. All I wished for was an escape from treachery, murder, and slavery. The ground shook, the skies roared, and ripping through the tethers of reality came forth a persona like no other. A young man, strong but naked, surely out of his comfort zone. For some reason I had the sudden urge to run too his side. I knelt down, my hand on his chest, checking for a pulse. His mouth opened, uttering but a few words. "I have come for you" With that said, I was so easily his, I would care for the stranger during a time when selfish immigrants took over my land. The people of my village told me that this foreigner was nothing but an omen for my inevitable downfall, but that was blasphemy for this innocent would dare not disrespect me. My naive attitude saddens me, because I was such an intellectual woman. Falling for a man was idiotic in my mind yet this man brought a out a side of me that I refused to act as. In those first few days, I never got his name, yet a followed this muse without question.

Journal Entry #3

My New Life Begins - All was well in my very exciting life-style. Following my beloved to whatever place he wished to visit was spectacular. I never questioned his reasoning for sleeping within forests or waking just before dawn. On the second day of his second week on this Earth, he murdered some travelers who were trying to colonize the west Americas. His brutality frightened me but my love never faltered. One night as a slept by an undying fire, he spoke his name so erotically. Cinna of Athens, he told me. It was place far away from my own domicile. In this land, gods mingled often with mortals, creating what was known as demigods. Now attentive to whatever noise he made, I finally spoke my inner thoughts. I asked as to why he came too me and not another beauty, maybe one of his own domain. He replied by stating he heard my countless prayers that were never answered, he said I was gorgeous, and unlike any other female he had ever encountered before. I fell for these complementary words, he was so handsome, and I was ready to give myself to him but I would not. I could tell he was angered by this but I was unwilling to touch intimately with an individual that had not yet proven himself worthy.
