There might be a problem in the definition of what would constitute a "win".
Would you say it's a win if batman gets away alive?
Would you say it's a win if batman subdues and DP for a short time?
Or would you say it's a win only if Batman kills DP or removes him from reality?
In a single battle batman could pull off the two first, but not the third one. DP is however capable of pulling off all three on Batman.
Seeing as batman is neither immortal or infallible, in the long run if DP wanted batman dead batman would die. He could just try until he succeeded. Batman could not return the favour.
Lets not forget that DP is quite rutheless and would probably stoop to killing a whole lot of people if that was what it'd take to rattle the bat and force a premature battle between the two. And except for the one fight against the Cat, where DP was trying to nick something and not kill the Cat, DP has a tendency to win against very very tough opponents.
Wolverine cut him down after he stopped fighting.
Cable blew his mind (literally), which stopped DP for a short time. And Cable could kill Batman with out ever even seeing him, so the two aren't really compairable.
Those are the three losses I can think off.
The fight against Domino doesn't count, seeing as how it turned out exaclty like DP wanted it.
Also, squirrel girl cheats :p
