My Favorite Water / Ice User Characters
This list is a mixed from anime-cartoon-games-comics.
And ı list this characters as a user of fire element not as characters. For example ı love Todoroki or Aquaman more than Iceman but ı find succesful and cool Iceman as a water/ıce user more than Todoroki or Aquaman .. Get it ?
I'll add Squalo from KHR later and Isaac McDougal from FMA later. They're not in cvine's wiki data.
