A four story apartment building burst into flames with a loud crackling boom. Flames burst out and through the glass windows as people flared their arms running out the door and jumped out the windows. The firefighters,police and ambulance arrived seconds later with the whaling and whining of the sirens. The sounds of terror filled the block screaming, sirens, explosion, and the crackling of the fire. Moments later Ult. Warren awoke on the first floor surrounded by flames his jacket and pants felt hot they were beginning to burn. His eyes flickered open, he clenched his fists, quickly rising to his feet. He ignored the flames his clothes were designed to resist the flames All the flames could do for the moment was warm him up. The teen devil slowly walked out of the building the surrounding firefighters quickly shot him with fire extinguisher fluid. Mistaking it for an attack Ult. Warren pulled an 50. desert eagle from his worn brown jacket, shooting the firefighter in his thigh with a loud bang causing the man to fall to the ground and bleed out. He looked at the man with cold emotionless eyes before he walked away the scene of the fire people screamed "That man is hurt!" A woman screamed in terror. "Get him in the truck!" A medic yelled with authority. No one approached Ult. Warren or attempted to stop him from leaving the scene. Ultimate Warren pushed an large man off his bike stabbing the radio with a knife as he drove away.

I don't change powers with my characters if I think they need a new power or something for any purpose I create a power that stems from their existing powers.
