Dream Team Characters

If I were going to put together a team, these are some of the people I'd pick to be on it. Does not account for different universes and is not necessarily the most powerful individuals, but those who can get the job done.

  • As a teenager, Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider granting him spider-like abilities. After the death of his Uncle Ben, a death he could have prevented, Peter learned that with great power comes great responsibility and vowed to never let another innocent get hurt, fighting crime as Spider-Man.

  • Former cat burglar Felicia Hardy became a crime fighter when she became romantically involved with Spider-Man.

  • Tony Stark, after being gravely injured and forced to build a devastating weapon, created a powerful suit of armor to free himself and protect the world as the Invincible Iron Man.

  • Wolverine has had one of the most mysterious and complicated pasts in comic book history. Overall most consider it to be a tragic past, one which includes powerful organizations, many violent events, and loves found and lost.

  • Carol Danvers was subjected to a Kree psyche-magnitron which caused her DNA to resemble a Kree, and she became Ms. Marvel.

  • Thor Girl is an alien, who was saved from Thanos by Thor. She transformed herself into a young version of Thor and followed him to Earth.

  • Namorita is the cousin of Namor, the Sub-Mariner. She has been a prominent member of the New Warriors since it's inception. She and her teammates died and served as the catalyst for Civil War. She has recently returned, displaced from time.

  • Barbara Gordon was the first Batgirl, until she was brutally shot by the Joker, rendering her paralyzed from the waist down. She reinvented herself as The Oracle and leads the Birds of Prey.

  • Ok, let me be clear. I am NOT a fan of HT, but I like his power grouping. Just simply can't stand Johnny Storm. That's all I'll say.

    Johnny Storm is the Human Torch; member of the Fantastic Four & brother of Sue Richards. Due to an accident caused by Cosmic Radiation in space, he can manipulate fire, turning his entire body into a fireball & fly.

  • Able to create and control darkness. Member of the Legion of Super-Heroes.

  • Victor Creed (aka Sabretooth) was a member of the Weapon X Project and is the arch enemy of Wolverine. Unlike Wolverine, Sabretooth embraces his primal instincts, leaving death in his wake.

  • War Machine is a heavier-armed version of Iron Man. The "Variable Threat Response Battle Suit" is often worn by James Rhodes. As often said... "it handles like a tractor".

  • Network is a mutant that has the ability to interact with technology, at an intimate level. She is also a member of Alpha Squadron. She was depowered and then later blown up by the Purifiers.

  • Sage is a mutant telepath with a computer-like mind capable of infinite recall. She has been a Hellfire Club Member, X-Man, member of Excalibur, and more recently an Exile. She was last seen as encased in crystal stasis in the Panoptichron.

  • Laura Kinney, or X-23, is the result of a top-secret project to replicate the original Weapon X (Wolverine). She has joined the X-Men to find her place, but reverted to her killer instincts as a member of X-Force.

  • Dark Claw is from the Amalgam Universe and is a combination of Batman and Wolverine.

  • Magneto is one of the most infamous and powerful Marvel villains, bent on affirming homo superior's birthright as Homo sapiens' successors. He has a long and turbulent friendship with Charles Xavier.

  • Weapon X is a program started by Weapon Plus. Their job is to create super soldiers for the government. Many have gone through the Weapon X program, including Deadpool & Wolverine.

  • He's a new and mysterious character from Wolverine's history. Romulus has ties to Weapon X and Wolverine's son, Daken.

    Romulus is the first specimen of "Lupus Sapiens", an old species of beings that evolved from wolves instead of apes. He has been alive for thousands of years.What we do know of him has been revealed, presumably by Romulus himself, to Wolverine in dreams.

  • Wolverine's long lost son, torn from his mother's womb by the dark figure Romulus. Raised with a warped view on his father's "abandonment" and his mother's murder, he holds a grudge against his father.

  • The original New Mutant, Wolfsbane (Rahne Sinclair) has the mutant power of lycanthropy. She is a woman of intense passion and great potential. She holds the record for being a part of more X-Teams then any one else.

  • During the Cold War, Arkady Rossovich was forced into Russia's version of Weapon X to become the Russian equivalent of a super soldier. The end result, was Omega Red.

  • Monet St. Croix, also simply known as M, is a former member of Generation X and is currently involved with X-Factor Investigations.

  • Daughter of an Atlantean man and surface woman. The Golden Age hero Namora is cousin to Namor and like him one of the first ever mutants.

  • Polaris is the daughter of Magneto and holds the same mutant powers as her father. She now travels with Havok and the Starjammers, fighting against the insane rule of Emperor Vulcan.

  • There have been many versions of Hawkgirl over the years, all reincarnated from Chay-Ara over the years being reborn as Sheira Hall, Kendra Saunders now after the events of Blackest Night Shiera again. She now goes by the name Shiera Saunders.

  • Among the many incarnations of Supergirl, the most prominent and current "Girl of Steel" is Kara Zor-El, Superman's cousin and last survivor of Kryptons' Argo City.

  • Power Girl is a member of the Justice Society of America and one of the few survivors of the Crisis of Infinite Earths. She is actually Kara Zor-L, the Super Girl from Earth-Two.

  • Ok...simply put, every team, good or bad, needs a little crazy and Harley is the best kind of crazy! Love this girl!

    Harleen Quinzel, the Arkham psychiatrist who fell in love with the Joker. A "mad love" would lead her to a life of crime as Harley Quinn, frequent accomplice and would-be-girlfriend of the Clown Prince of Crime. She is willing to do anything for her "Puddin".

  • Once a member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, Rogue has become a veteran member of the X-Men. After many years, she has finally gained conscious control of her power to absorb the thoughts, abilities, and memories of others through physical contact.

  • Fred Burkle was saved from another dimension by Angel Investigations. She joined up and worked with them for years, until her soul was destroyed and her body taken over by the Demon Old One, Illyria.

  • Being the only surviving member of the royal family of the Land of the Nightshades, Eve Eden uses her inherited shadow powers to fight crime and evil as Nightshade.

  • Former apprentice to Felix Faust, Tala is an accomplished practitioner of the arcane arts(magic) with a taste for men of power, wealth and influence.

  • Squirrel Girl is a dangerous opponent who is always underestimated by her adversaries, primarily due to her cute appearance and squirrel-like powers. She has defeated powerful foes including Dr. Doom, Thanos, Deadpool, and Wolverine, among others. Squirrel Girl is currently the nanny for Luke Cage and Jessica Jones' baby, Danielle.
