@frozen: It's not just Disney, but Legends debating as well, and it goes in alot of different directions or extremes. I've seen people from other forums arguing that Ventress was on AoTC Yoda level or than Savage Opress was stronger than Valkorion . Also, the fight between Yoda and Dooku has existed since 2002 and the vast majority of sources say Dooku was getting overwhelmed and recognized how outmatched he was almost immediately. And sources put Yoda, Sidious, etc. on a whole different Tier.
I don't really have much to comment regarding Disney Vader scaling because that's based on new material but regarding interpretation of older/preexisting material I think the ideas have gotten dumber on the versus and power-scaling.
