a flawed justice system isn't ready for the death penalty
i do however believe that in cases like this, where guilt is proven without a shadow of a doubt, execution is the only way to get it through peoples heads that we will not tolerate this kind of crap anymore.

Every 'guilty' case should have been proven 'beyond a shadow of a doubt', that doesn't mean that the verdict was correct. There are plenty of examples of innocent people serving sentences for crimes they didn't commit, some served for 20 years or more before evidence was found to the contrary. And I suspect that innocent poeple have been put to death. Scary thought...
