As far as where Godzilla stops:

1. Teen or Saiyan saga
2. Teen, the versions he fought were jobbing below building level
3. Saiyan saga, although he's Cell saga in power (lacks speed)
4. This is 5 different godzillas, silly. 2000 stops at Kid or Teen, GxM stops at Teen, GMK stops at Kid, SOS stops at Kid, and Final Wars stops at Saiyan saga
5. This is the same version as round 8, but he clears.
6. Teen Goku
7. Kid Goku
8. Same as round 5
9. Godzilla Earth, he's called. And Saiyan Saga claps.

Why I put certain things where, just ask. Ill try to preemptively answer a few tho. For example:

BoG Goku is universal. Current Goku...is also universal. Yanno the difference between finite and infinite? It's infinity. Goku still never left universal. Multiversal/boundless Goku is fanfic.

GMK destroyed a black hole, he must be star level? No. The black hole followed it's own whack physics, and by those whack physics it's a mountain buster. So he blew up and tanked a mountain buster.

IDW wins. Why. Well, he literally killed and replaced God (not God Mountain, that was later). More, dying is a mild inconvenience as he can just bash his way out of Hell any time he wants. He literally can't be stopped without existence erasure..most certainly not by a Goku that can't even erase half a Zamasu.

Marvel so low. Why? Because he fought a Hulk that can't lift 20k tons and a Thor that can't break a building. It doesn't matter if they did better when Godzilla wasn't there. This is textbook jobbing, much how Spider-Man beat Firestorm.

Because the manga says its a real GRB. A real GRB that size is not the same as a stellar sized GRB. This is cut and dry, dawg. If you want it to be stronger, you gotta prove it's stronger than a real GRB of that size. Good luck going against the manga, tryna argue his tiny GRB is somehow stronger than a tiny GRB.

The fact that Garou copied the power to erase 1000 stars is only proof that he did not have that power before he copied it, so that's a really dumb arguement. Idk why you're comparing base Garou to Saitama Mode as if that means anything for you. That did nothing to help your case. It actually kinda hurt it because it just shows he was incapable of that power before, hence why he copied it.

In an open field Mecha can probably stunlock Kong enough to put a plasma beam in his face.

Empty Void doesn't really have anything going for him just yet. If Blast can react to the dimension cut, Garou can too so that's useless. He'll just portal out.

Garou can just use Saitama Mode and one shot. He got that after the point where EV absorbed his energy so EV doesn't have it.

Or he can just copy and adapt. The ole You+1 trick.
