How come Graydon Creed is human? Not a mutant?

When I watched the X-Men animated series, I found that Graydon, the Friends of Humanity leader is actually the son of Sabretooth and Mystique. I was kinda surprised that Graydon Creed is human but not a mutant. Is it possible? We all know that a mutant can be born from human/mutant parents. But a human born from mutant parents?

What I don't get is, how come Deadpool still have a disfigured face even though he has healing factor? Wouldn't the healing factor clean up his face?

In X-Men: Children of the Atom #1, Skinner is calling out to Mulder and Scully as FBI agent Duncan walks by. Seriously, why they want to put X-Files characters in an X-Men comic? Just because it takes place in an FBI building?
