Name: Lesnick Harper
Alias: Th3 SL33P3R, Savant of Shotguns, Bullet Ballerina,
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 165 lbs
Gender: Male
Age: Appears to be in his mid forties.
Species: Human
Occupation: "Government Gun"
Affiliation: FBI. CIA. Department of Homeland Security. If at any time the agency requires a gun and is American, then most likely
Background
"The Sl33P3R" is the Codename for one (or multiple) government agents who appear to be supernaturally skilled gunmen. They appear to work for any American Agency for as long as required, so long as the agency's agenda does not come into conflict with other agencies (if it can be helped.)
One need only contact his "Handler" Martha, and she will speak of the terms of the agreement.
Powers and Abilities
Lesnick is an agent designed to be an efficient trained killer without physically altering his body. Instead, mental technique are used to push his brain to accomplish what he can. In a world where men can learn magical and Qi based technique through simply practice and meditation, some wonder if the technique's used to make The Sleeper's mind are in itself supernatural, or if indeed his abilities are.
This ultimately comes to little relevance, as such esoteric energies aren't present. The effects of his powers however, are seemingly supernatural in themselves.
-THE SUPER SUBCONSCIOSUS-
Through the rigid training and tuning of the mind, Lesnick is one of the few in his program able to be mlded into an arguable master of his subconscious, able to use his mind to accomplish things with no thought required. This caters to involuntary actions and an unnaturally honed sense of skill and mental attributes. Namely....
Omni-Disciplinary Accuracy: Agent Harper is highly precise with every movement he does. Every punch precise. Every kick calculated. Every shot straight on it's mark. Most prominent, however, is his skill with firearms.
Agent Harper rarely misses his mark, and has shown to be able to use weapon to the maximum range it is mechanically capable.
Maximum Sensory Processing: Sometimes the body can hear, smell and taste things, and yet not notice it. Indeed, Harper can very much detect some faint noises, and all of the like. This information however, is fed into the subconscious, and it allows Harper to react to threats he would otherwise unaware of through sensing everything around him.
Despite not being able to taste poison, he will spit it out if poisoned after his body recognizes it's detrimental effects.. If he hears an assassin creeping behind him silently, he notices the noise and that something is seemingly "off." He may spot a distant sniper or an observer faintly and thus, spot them that way.
Though he can take advantage of his senses, they still have functional human limitation. Many sounds below 20 Kz and above 20,000 Kz have no effect on the human body and only will be notice at higher intensities that would detriment the agent.
Organic Algorithmic HUD: In a sense, the mind is a computer, often apt at problem solving and lesser in linear equations. Agent Harper however, excels at solving linear problems and translating them practically in the real world. His very mind will manifest things to aid him in combat in the form of Algorithms, bullet trails, trajectories and even faint traces outlining his opponents through walls and when invisible.
Danger Intuition: As long as the agents retains his senses, he can become aware of danger near by by processing all that happens around him subconsciously, keenly aware of all that is seen, heard, smelled and smell.
Photographic Memory: The ability to selectively remember an instant or object. Agent Harper does not necessarily remember everything, but he can remember things and choose to remember things he thinks are important, while discarding unnecessary clutter from his mind. Indeed, much like a camera, he can turn it on to "record" or "snap a picture" with his mind, remembering vivid detail of a few moments and processing it all.
Outside of this, his memory is still however capable of recalling things less perfectly, but enough for further analysis down the line.
Acoustic Mapping: The more ambient noise, the better that he can map the area out by listening and viewing tonals and changes in the way sound interacts with the environment, limited by the noise in the area and what he can here.
Tactile mapping: Can map the internal objects of most structures by touching them. He can tell the structure of one's organs through punches and feel minute vibrations if his feet touch the ground. At all times, he knows how much ammo is in his gun by guaging it's weight.
Twitch Reflex: An involuntary reflex that primarily forms many defensive purposes, the "Twitch" Reflex allows for functionally instant reaction towards things that endanger the agent. His body naturally attempts to dodge attacks from super-fast opponents and projectiles alike, making their placement at the very least, less ideal.
Per example, Agent Harper has shown capable of dodging sniper bullets from a mile away by seeing and to accident slash someone who ran at him at mach two, proving capable of consistently reacting to superhumans who move on par with the speed of a firearm, especially from a distance.
Neural Override: The body often is said to recruit only a third of one's muscles, and for good reason. Human muscle can contract with such force as to destroy and ravage the body, and so, the Agent must be careful as to when he uses this. Throwing a punch with seemingly superhuman forces of up to a ton, for example, would crack his arm to it's very bone.
Adrenaline Juiced: Often nicknamed, bullet timing, things seem to come to a slow. All organs not necessary for combat and self sustenance functionally shut down, and more energy is drawn from the boy's forces.
Shatterpoint: Through the O.A.H, Lesnick can see weakpoints in an enemy's structure. Scar tissue in flesh, cracks and flaws in structures, and he can attack them with such precision (even with firearms) as to penetrate things he could not traditionally penetrate. Or attack something with a substantially less powerful attack then necessary.
An example is that the agent was pit against Polar Bear in a controlled scenario, and proved capable of detecting the weakness of a polar bear's skull and disorienting it with a flurry of strikes towards the eyes and ears using a metal rod, before exploiting the weakness and shattering the bear's head.
Paraphernalia
UTS-15
A lightweight, pump action shotgun capable of firing a wide variety of ammunition, this shotgun is favored for it's unique ability to swap ammunition on the fly with it's double barrel configuration, enabling the agent to go from lethal to non-lethal as the situation requires. Impacts can be as severe as hitting with 3,100 ft lbs. Over a ton and a half of force from the muzzle.
With a 12 gauge equaling out to .72 caliber round, it's more welcoming to a wide variety of trick bullets.
Buckshot
12 gauge 00 Buckshot, with high rate of spread, this makes it good at hitting a foe's entire body, penetrating all over the body for widespread internal destruction. The gun is not bad at tagging speedsters either.
Frag-12
FRAG-12 rounds are available in plain high explosive (HE), high explosive fragmenting anti-personnel (HE-FA) and high explosive armour-piercing (HE-PA) varieties, each designed to mince foes in different locations and situations. The frag grenade, for example, can be put through the window of a house from 100 metres away, and will explode with a burst radius of up to nine feet. Send a dozen in there, and there'll be very little left when the troops go knocking on the door.
Slug: A high velocity rifle life slug designed to smash into enemies with over 3,100 lbs of force at point blank range. Armor piercing tips can make a mochary of most advanced body armor, and if it doesn't penetrate, the force of being smashed by a Ton and a half of force is still there.
Flashbang Bullet: The bullet explodes and releases a bright and blinding flash. While the shot can stun, a direct impact can kill most human beings.
Rubber, Beanbag and Baton rounds: A wide slew of non-lethals used to down men non-lethally.
Shock: As powerful as a normal taser, but with twice the range, this is used to non-lethally down people as a taser wound, with two prongues sticking into the person.
Dragon's Breath: A lethal, weaponized version of the recreational version, it's magnesium shards can burn at 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit. Steel melts at 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
Napalm: A grenade that explodes and spreads napalm everywhere, capable of burning at 2,800 degrees Fahrenheit. Only, it also has this attribute of being sticky.
Flechette: An expensive set of armor piercing tungsten carbide needles, slung forward at high velocity. The bullets are capable of being hollow pointed to deliver any number of poisons.
Bolo: Two metallic steel balls held together by a metal string, these overcharged rounds are capable of taking
Silver: Used against werewolves and other supernatural creatures.
Iron: Used against faeries and other such supernatural ilk.
