I have given up my humanity to be closer to the Earth, and what have you done?

Vine earth vs Orlok the Eternal

Orlok has come to the Earth to put it to break it apart into it's base elements to provide more soldiers for the Blazing Horde. The Earth is aware of Orlok's powerset and that of his army and his heralds. Orlok has imbued eight people with herald level powers, one for time, one for space, one for darkness, one for light, one for earth, one for fire, one for water, and one for air (Effectively you can slot in Terrax, Firelord, stardust, and air-walker and four other schmucks on that level with Time, Space, Light, Dark, and Light based powers) to prepare machines and spells that will break apart the earth to be more easily converted into elementals.

Notes and rules:

The earth has a week to prepare for Orlok's coming and gather anything they can to stop the destroyer.

In this Scenario the Black Hand has already failed the Icon and is no longer a factor.

Orlok will not just blow up the Earth with his mind or forcibly convert it into elementals as creating that many new life forms without the process is quite taxing.

The elementals and energons in Orlok's army range from basic street level mook levels to somewhat below herald level.

Orlok himself is largely ignorant of the earth's capacity, but has heard that there are good fights to be had there.

Victory goes to Orlok if the process is completed (it takes roughly twelve hours), or to the team if they can drive away Orlok by anyway (Defeating him, locking him in a dimension he can't just warp himself out of, convincing him to go elsewhere, that sort of thing.)

The populace of earth (and the extradimensional and terrestrial beings that are on it) are united against Orlok since the alternative is being obliterated.

But you can be saved, forsake the ways of industry, become one with the Earth.

Recycling only puts more pollutants into the air. The only solution is to destroy all of industrial civilization and everything it has accomplished.

I am Nature. And you defile it. For that, you must be destroyed.

((I'm going to go ahead and guess you're Icarus.))
