I feel they messed up this Death Battle. A lot of the facts for Goku's side were missed. I do not believe that Goku was as weak as the stats would come to make people believe. Also for the battle simulated was a lot of crap on Goku's side of it. If they both had gotten power from the Sun at the end, you would think they would both be about the same amount powered up from the Sun. lol

Oh interesting, wasn't there a comic where he took on the whole Marvel universe? Also for the Planet Hulk, if these people could beat him, why did they not just destroy him with these people?

Spawn would easily beat Superman. Obviously can only be killed by godly weapon chopping off his head.
